Hey there Business Bloomers!  This episode of the TGIF Business Networking Hangout is all about communication in the age of the internet, when our thoughts and posts are public and technology bridges the gab between distant cultures, allowing us to join in global conversations.

About the Topic: Global Etiquette in the Internet Age

In this age of global communication and diverse cultures, how do we manage to engage in conversations without accidentally insulting others, or unintentionally pissing them off?  This is going to be a great conversation and topic for anyone interested in broadening their business beyond local borders.

About the Guest, Meloney Hall

Meloney Hall, guest on TGIFBNH

Joining me will be special guest +Meloney Hall, Owner and CEO of Big Uptick Social Marketing. I met Meloney from watching one of her awesome weekly Women in Business Hangouts, and the rest is G+ history… she is a fellow Toastmaster and awesome business woman, and we both are in the biz of helping people create an effective social presence and to use social media with intent and purpose. It was only natural that we got to talking about the subject of social media and the communication challenges that come with global conversations and instantaneous posts that can be read by the world at large. We had some good discussion and I thought hey this would be a great topic for the TGIF Business Networking Hangout!
