Hey There Business Bloomers!

This episode of the TGIF Business Networking Hangout is about Community Partnerships: How Volunteering Benefits Your Biz.

This episode features two very special guests:

Lee Grafton, Instructional Technology Specialist for the Palm Springs United School District and creator of the award-winning DigiCom Film Festival.

Jessica Pack, a Palm Springs United School District Teacher who specializes in using movie making as a teaching tool and author of www.packwomantech.com, which features educator resources for technology and movie making in education. Mrs. Pack was chosen out of over 260,000 educators to be one of five recipients of the 2014 California Teacher of the Year Award!

Non-profit and educational organizations often need community partners who are willing to donate time, energy, volunteers, in-kind services, facilities, equipment, or funds to their cause. Many orgs would not be able to accomplish their great deeds without community and business partnerships. So often, the companies that give also receive, by building positive community relations that enhance their reputation and brand identity and by making valuable business contacts through their non-profit connections.
